Meet Emily!
Emily Minton is the heart and soul behind the thriving cleaning company, Sparkle and Shine, that’s based in Northwest Arkansas.
Emily’s journey began as a collaborative effort with her husband, Justin Minton. Their first seven years were a whirlwind of adventure, traveling the country while working on the pipeline, finding home in the cozy confines of their camper. As they returned to establish their roots, the Minton family welcomed two precious daughters, Shelby and June, into their now family of four!
United in both marriage and business, Emily and Justin ventured into family enterprises, with Justin specializing as a heavy equipment diesel mechanic. Their homestead became a bustling hub, housing a workshop and a flourishing cattle farm, alongside the creation of Sparkle and Shine.
Driven by love, hard work, and a profound faith, the Minton family radiates warmth and dedication. Their mission is clear — to embody Christ’s love through both their personal lives and their businesses, attributing all their success to purpose outside of their own.
For Emily, the inception of Sparkle and Shine was more than a business endeavor; it was a journey to provide financial support to her family and to set an example for her daughters. With the determination and a spirit of empowerment, she sought to be a role model for her daughters, instilling in them the values, hard work, and unwavering commitment to excellence which is embodied throughout Sparkle and Shine.
